The course Developing Dialog Manager Applications in z/OS is an intensive course covering all the basic skills to get an ISPF application (dialog) up and running quickly. As you can see from the course description, it assumes the student is familiar with either REXX or CLIST (the labs may be coded using either language), although there is a quick review of these languages (and certain TSO commands) in case the student is a little out of practice.
